OMNI began in 1992 doing systems integration; working with all the major automation control platforms to help customers improve their manufacturing capabilities. From large single complex systems to smaller control assemblies, OMNI can provide multifaceted services using flexible manufacturing and engineering capabilities. OMNI is a registered UL508 panel builder.

Electromechanical Assemblies

As the OEM market continues to outsource manufacturing, OMNI has expanded its manufacturing competencies from basic industrial controls to a wider range of products, including electromechanical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Each competency is backed by OMNI’s experienced project management team who work closely with supply chain partners that best match customer requirements.

Mechanical Cable & Harness Assemblies

In addition to building cables/harness assemblies in-house, OMNI uses a select group of assembly partners each having high quality and low cost manufacturing capabilities, that meet OMNI’s standards and is managed by a project management team. Our QMS process ensures all products undergo incoming inspection before production.

Molded Cables for Power / Data Communications

OMNI uses both domestic and offshore resources for custom and standard molded cable product offerings. This allows OMNI to offer customers the best quality & low cost solutions. Engineering Services

Depending on the program requirements, OMNI uses a combination of in-house or outside engineering partners tailored to match the program requirement. Customers have the flexibility to use a collaboration of OMNI and their engineering staff to value-engineer R&D prototypes or existing products in production.

Inventory Logistics Planning

A key element of outsource manufacturing that is often overlooked is sound product logistic planning. OMNI integrates our vendor managed inventory programs to be seamless with our customers. OMNI looks at the best solution to bring products to customers’ point-of-use manufacturing floor via kitting, special packaging, or dedicated reusable carts delivered by our trucks or customers’ preferred carriers.
